• With insurance carriers when quoting and submitting applications — this is required to get you a quote or coverage.
• With service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, CRM, e-signature, analytics), under written confidentiality obligations.
• With regulators, courts, and law enforcement when legally required.
• With your authorization, for any other purpose you direct.

5. Your rights

• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• You can request correction of inaccurate or outdated data.
• You can request deletion, subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements that apply to insurance transactions.

7. Data retention

• Quote and application data is retained for the regulatory periods required by state insurance law (generally 7-10 years for insurance records).
• Inactive lead data older than 2 years is purged unless you have an active policy or pending application with us.
• Policy records are retained per the issuing carrier's requirements and regulatory obligations.

9. Updates to this policy

• We may update this policy from time to time.
• Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
